The CBI on Sunday arrested a Lt Col and a subedar primary together with two personal contactors in a Rs 22.48-lakh bribery case associated with awarding tenders on the Ambala Cantonment, officers stated. Lt Col Rahul Pawar, Senior Barracks Retailer Officer, Army Engineer Products and services (MES) and Subedar Primary Pardeep Kumar (MES), Ambala Cantt, have been taken into custody, they stated.
