HOLDENVILLE, Oklahoma (AP) — A corrections officer has died after being attacked through an inmate at an Oklahoma jail, officers stated Monday.
Officer Alan Jay Hershberger was once attacked Sunday on the Davis Correctional Facility, which is a non-public jail in Holdenville, about 70 miles (115 km) southeast of Oklahoma Town.
